Your wallet address is configured directly into the mining hardware during your allocated HashJolts.You can verify this independently on the public pool ledger, where your specific contributions are listed in real-time.At the end of the month, we also send a 'Proof of Work' report detailing every timestamped HashJolt. Note: We calibrate our systems to over-deliver, so your report will often show a higher effective hashrate than your plan provides.

How do you ensure I get the full reward?

HashJolt is non-custodial. Your wallet address is configured directly into the mining hardware during your HashJolt. We never hold your Bitcoin; if you find a block, the network pays it straight to you.We operate on a Solo Mining (or "Lottery") protocol. Unlike standard pools where you share pennies with thousands of others, here you are hunting for the full block reward. By accessing or subscribing to HashJolt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and HashJolt.2. Nature of Service
2.1. Computing Power Only.
HashJolt provides a cloud-based service that allocates computing power ("Hashrate") to attempt to solve cryptocurrency blocks on the Bitcoin network. You are purchasing a license to utilize this computing power for a specific duration.
2.2. No Investment Advice.
The Service is not an investment product, financial instrument, or lottery ticket. We do not guarantee profit, return on investment, or the successful discovery of a block.
2.3. Probabilistic Results (No Guarantees).
You acknowledge that "Solo Mining" is a probabilistic activity. The discovery of a block is governed by network difficulty and chance. HashJolt’s obligation is limited to the provisioning of computing resources to the network. HashJolt completes this obligation by provisioning the hardware capacity agreed upon in your plan. We make no warranty or representation that these resources will result in a block reward.3. Subscription & Billing
3.1. Annual Plans.
Our subscriptions are billed on a yearly basis to secure hardware provisioning. By purchasing a plan, you authorize HashJolt to charge the designated fee to your payment method via our payment processor (Stripe).
3.2. Automatic Renewal & Management.
To ensure uninterrupted mining, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the Stripe Billing Portal linked in your purchase confirmation email. You can also access this portal on the bottom of the HashJolt home page.4. Refund Policy
Because our pricing model relies on pre-allocating hardware resources for the full contract term, we adhere to a strict refund window.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
- Final Sale: After 7 days, all sales are final, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time or early cancellation. The Service will continue to run until the end of your billing cycle.5. User Responsibilities
5.1. Wallet Accuracy.
HashJolt is non-custodial. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys. You are solely responsible for providing a valid, compatible Bitcoin wallet address. HashJolt is not liable for potential rewards lost due to incorrect details provided by you.6. Service Availability
6.1. Best Efforts.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, hardware upgrades, or network outages. Such downtime does not constitute a breach of these Terms.7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- HashJolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits.
- HashJolt's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HashJolt in the 12 months preceding the claim.8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Perth, Western Australia.9. Termination
